Alive Books is a place were those who enjoy reading and debating ideas come together. Here, it is our desire for you to find famous authors that put their latest work to public scrutiny or new writers with fantastic visions. This will be the beginning of great friendships and a gate to greatear knowledge. The purpose is to have the authors update and revise their work based on readers' input such that the works are perfected over time.
The main purpose of the site is to build strong communities around books. Also the authors are happy to share the work with you and to receive your views of the book. By working together, we modify and complete the works aspiring for the perfect books.
Right now we are hosting 2 books: The Past, the Present and the Future as Seen by a Moderate Muslim, by Hatim Zaghloul and Children of the Shadows, by Marville Orlando.

Register: choose an alias, a nickname that you like and complete the fields of the registration form. Please make sure the information is accurate. You may win prises or be invited to direct debates. A wrong address would make this impossible.
Press ok and you are ready to login
Login: insert your alias and the password you chose on the step before, press ok and you are now ready to explore the secrets of the site.
Choose your language: now or whenever you want you can change the language of the site. This will affect most of the content except the books. Most books are hosted in just one language.
Your preference will be remembered next time you login.
View profile: you can view how others will see your profile.
Edit profile: here you can edit various details of your profile. You can change them later on if you wish.
Your theme: we have a limited number of themes to make your experience as individualised as possible. In the near future we will upgrade the number and the complexity of the themes.

My blog: at the begining your blog is not activated. Request it at any time. You will receive a password at the email address you specified in your registration form.
Then you can login and start bloging.
By using the contact form you too could become an author and have your book here. After your work is approved, My Books menu will be available.
Edit books: from here you can make changes to your work, insert new chapters, delete lines or just delete the whole book.
Add book: once you are authorised to publish a book you can add more to the site. They will be read by our publishers and brought live if the content is appropriate.
View contributions: some users may suggest changes or adding to your work. From here you can view their proposals, edit, delete or accept them into your creation.
Publish new version: at one point by adding contributions or after numerous editing following ideas from conversation on your blogs with the readers you may feel the need to launch a new official version of the book.
You can do this from this menu.
From the upper menu called All Books you can browse our offer. Once you choose one and press read book a new left menu group will appear. It is called Book Menu. All the menus inside are self-explanatory. For more details please contact us.
